歡迎教會/ 團體/ 個人網上登記索取2026 印尼文記事簿，送予印尼姐姐及/或僱主。
今年增至十個自取點 ，也可選擇順豐到付方式送遞。記事簿預計在10月中旬完成印刷，網上登記後請耐心等候確認短訊才到取。
本項目全賴義工和各方參與，每本成本HK$4，誠邀奉獻支持。

Churches/ organizations/ individuals are welcomed to order 2026 Indonesian Note Book online to give out to Indonesians and their employers: https://forms.gle/KMESBiwTFTerEtP87 .
This year there are 10 pick-up points or we can arrange delivery service (cost to be paid on receipt). The Note Book is expected to be ready around mid October. After completing the online form, please wait for the confirmation message before pick up.
